New Enrolments for 2022

Monday, 24th January, 2022 the school’s office opens. New learners to Linwood College for 2022 who have not yet enrolled, please phone the school on (03) 982 0100 from Monday, 24th January, 2022 to complete enrolment forms and arrange an enrolment interview appointment.

The Uniform Shop Holiday Hours

Friday 17th December 2021, 10:00am – 1:00pm

Monday 20th December 2021, 10:00am – 1:00pm

Tuesday 21st December 2021 10:00am – 1:00pm.

From Monday, 10th January, 2022 onwards to Friday, 28th January, 2022, weekdays only 10:00am – 2:00pm.

Closed Monday, 31st January and Tuesday, 1st February 2022.

Year 12/13 Course Confirmation

Who: ALL Year 12 and 13 students attending LCŌ in 2022. Whānau are also welcome.

When: Wednesday, 2nd February, 2022 11:00am-2:00pm or Thursday, 3rd February, 10:30am-12:30pm, 2022.

Where: Library

Why: To ensure all Year 12 and 13 students are in appropriate courses that support their learning, tertiary and career pathways. Students MUST attend course confirmation before they attend classes.

Mihi Whakatau for all new students and their whānau

Thursday, 3rd February, 2022 from 9:00am. All new learners (Year 7-13) and their whānau are asked to be at school by 8:45am. We will begin with a mihi whakatau (welcome) at 9:00am. All new learners and their whānau are asked to meet by the playground at the school entry. The mihi whakatau (welcome) will be followed by kai and whanaungatanga (meet and greet) finishing at approximately 11:00am.

New Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 student asTTle Testing

Thursday, 3rd February, 2022 from 11:00am (after the mihi whakatau). This is for new Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 students who haven't already been to school for testing during 2021. Please meet outside the library. This will finish by approximately 12:30pm.

Full School Day begins

Friday, 4th February, 2022 8:45am-3:00pm for all students.

Daily Classes Classes in 2022 start at 8:45 am. Learners are to be at school by 8:35am daily. Every school day finishes at 3:00pm except for Wednesday which finishes at 2:30pm.
