Linwood College Junior Girls Volleyball team had a great time at the Canterbury Junior Volleyball tournament in Week 5, finishing 10th overall from 30 junior girls teams.

This was the first tournament our girls had participated in, so was a steep learning curve for us all. The girls were in Division 1 which meant they played some pretty tough teams. It was great to see them improve each time they played. Thanks to Mr Hoffman for his great coaching and support for the team, and for Vicki and Ms Koop who were learning as well. Also, thanks to Jade Cull for her support with the organisation.

We were so proud of the girls: how they played and how they conducted themselves on and off the court.
