Action Stations
It has been three weeks of non-stop action in Room 1!
Where to begin...
- Room 1 children enjoyed watching the Fire Brigade arrive at school and the fire men and women put their gear on ready to fight the ... mouse who had chewed the wiring in the power board.
- PB4L shop - Room 1 are regulars at the shop due to our fabulous behaviour. The children certainly reap the benefits of this every Friday!
- Cupcakes - cupcake poems, cupcake art, cup cake making (paper form) and cupcake eating...delicious!
- Playler the Trailer - thanks to Ms Ferguson for organising the Trailer through Active Southland. The Trailer is full of toys and games for all students to enjoy. Room 1 particularly liked playing in the toy kitchen and with the balls.
- M and M graphs - the students made graphs using M and M's and got to enjoy eating them once they had completed their task. Everyone liked the taste of maths this particular day!
- Pump Track - Room 1 had another turn on the track. Watching the children biking around with smiles on their faces is priceless.
- Room 2 - this week we have joined in with Room 2. We have been doing a science experiment. The children have predicted what they think will happen to eggs submerged in white vinegar. We look forward to seeing the results on Thursday. Students have also been doing some Easter art. Our room is fulled with colourful bunny rabbits and Easter eggs.
Please enjoy the photos attached - the photos capture the essence of our past three weeks.
This brings us to the end of Term 1, 2022. Thank you all for your support this term. I have enjoyed every moment. Have a happy Easter and a safe holiday. Until next term...Mrs J and Room 1.
