LSN Fundraising form due Friday, 3 April, 2020

You can drop your order forms off to Summer in the office.  Orders can be made via cash or put directly into the LSN Bank Account: 03 0960 0056466 00

If you are bulk ordering (on behalf of family/friends - please have them pay you direct).  It would be easier if you make one lump payment per order. This way the LSN aren't chasing money to match orders.
