Police Vetting Forms - Parent helpers for 2023

If you are interested in being a parent helper for camps, school trips etc, we require you to be Police Vetted through our school. Attached are the forms required - get it in now for the 2023 school year!
To be Police Vetted we require 2 forms of ID to process your Police Vet. Police vetting lasts for 3 years - if you think you might need this updated, please contact the office to check (any that are expiring in 2023 have been emailed recently).
ID can be: Passport, Drivers licence, Rates bill, Power bill, Phone bill etc.
