Year 10 Reading Challenge 2018
During term three all five Year Ten English classes were actively involved in the Year 10 Reading Challenge. Over the course of seven weeks, students made a concerted effort to plough through the library shelves, as well as become curious about the types of reading they may not yet have embarked upon.
As part of their English classes, students set themselves reading goals, which included: the number of books they wanted to have read, the types of genre to explore, and the range of texts to share.
From each class three placegetters received a $15 UBS voucher, courtesy of the Gaffney family, who generously support this venture. We are very grateful and congratulate these students once again.
