From the 31st of May to the 4th of June we held our very first Pasifika Island week.

We honoured Samoan Language week and Samoan independence with a week full of Pasifika lunchtime activities including: lollie lei making, a Moana viewing (with popcorn), coconut cream making, traditional Samoan games such as Lape and Kilikiti and a traditional Samoan lunch.

This week was a great experience for everyone who participated and would not have been possible without the support of Ms Slade, Matua Tip and the student volunteer help from Reagan Clinch, Alice Bickerstaff, Grace Jones, Marla Telleria Seier and Bram Casey.
