On the 8th March 41 Logan Park students represented our school at the Otago Secondary School Athletics Championships. 

Everyone gave their best on a beautiful Dunedin day. Notable successes were: Jacob Duffy 2nd Triple Jump U14, Sean Hall 3rd U16 Shot Put, Danny Howlett 3rd U16 Discus.

The following students qualified for the Otago/Southland Secondary School Championships; Jacob Gosling, Owen George, Tayla Ward, Sean Hall, Liam George, Danny Howlett, Kate Denys, Tash Gosling, Rosa Miles-Seeley, Jacob Duffy and Shae Moore.

Otago/Southland and South Island Secondary School Championships

Mr Govan, Ms Vella and 9 students departed school at 5.45am for Invercargill on the 15th March. On a very hot Invercargill day our students gave their all.

 Successes were: Tash Gosling who was 3rd in Shot Put, Sean Hall 5th in Shot Put and Jacob Duffy 5th in Triple Jump. All three students qualified for the South Island Championships and then all three students qualified for the NZ Secondary Schools Athletics Champs.
