A highly successful new sporting initiative for Logan Park has been the introduction of the lunch time Table Tennis club.

Over 60 students played Table Tennis over three lunch times each week for Term 3. Many other students dropped in for a game on and off during Term 3. Wednesdays and Fridays were dedicated to juniors and Thursday was seniors day. If you dropped into the Learning Centre on any of these three days you were greeted by a room buzzing with energy and the odd table tennis ball flying at head height. Students could challenge each other on a grading ladder to see who was to be the champion. The skill level steadily improved throughout the term with some hard fought games. The ultimate Junior Champion was Dylan Deans-Bennett and the Senior Champion was Malakai Maamaloa.
