Grant McNaughton, Ruairi Griffin and Katharine Woolrych continue to impress in the field of science.
Ruairi and Grant were both selected to attend the New Zealand National Science and Technology Forum in Auckland over the summer holidays. The two-week forum was held at the University of Auckland and comprised of a range of modules, lectures and practical labs, including a robotics lab.
Katharine attended the Australia National Youth Science Forum in Canberra over the same holidays. Katharine was in an Earth and Environmental Science group. There were lots of lectures and lab visits and the forum was based at the Australian National University which has a reputation as a very high-level research university.
