The 2019 season saw 7 teams entered in the secondary schools competition.

Teams were entered in Junior, Senior, Development and Social grades. Two Junior Boys teams played their hearts out throughout the season and some real potential was showing in the second half of the season. A big thanks to Sherlock, Finn and Cristina for their coaching. 

The Junior Girls development team went close many times, while the Junior Girls B grade team won their grade comfortably. The senior boys team are in a rebuilding phase as they lost 6 year 13’s from 2018, but next season will see several young year 10 and 11’s come into the squad.

The two Senior Girls teams, coached by Kath Turner both had a great season and really stepped up towards the end and finished well, with several players often playing two games a night they were enjoying their basketball so much.
