In August two teams from our year 11 Geography class took part in the inter-school Maatangi Whenua Geography quiz at the University of Auckland. They had a great time and did very well.

At the half way they were running first and second, but were headed off by a team from Otago Boys towards the end, leaving us in 2nd and 3rd place. All three teams were very close, and quite a way ahead of the chasing pack.
