The choir has had another enjoyable year under the direction of Hana Fahy.

We started the year by participating in the first and hopefully annual LPHS Music Camp with opportunities to rehearse as well as socialise. Our efforts culminated with our participation in The Big Sing Otago and South Canterbury regional festival in June which was followed by the Otago Secondary Schools Music Festival in August. This annual event is a splendid opportunity for Secondary Schools around the region to join together and celebrate music in a massed Choir, Orchestra and Jazz Band as well as individual items. The choir’s last performances were at both Senior and Junior Prize giving.
