This year the Otago Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships were run alongside the Otago Club Cross Country Championships at Chisholm Park Golf Course on a fine but windy day in August.
Nico Alvarez Rey-Virag ran for Logan Park and Hill City. He was 2nd in the U15 Secondary school race and 3rd in the club champs. Nico will compete in the NZ Club Cross Country Championships. We wish him well.
George Fisher was 3rd in the U16 boys Secondary schools race. Congratulations to both boys for strong runs.
