Our Student Council organised a novel fundraising event as part of Youth Week in the last week of Term 3. 

Students and teachers volunteered to have their legs waxed in return for donations to the Ecosanctuary.

Tahu MacKenzie, the educational adviser for the Ecosanctuary came and spoke at our fundraiser.  Students (and some staff) dressed up in endangered species costumes and everyone enjoyed the spectacle in the spirit of a good cause.
