Congratulations to the awesome team behind Showquest 2021.

Months of rehearsals and years of planning culminated in an awesome evening performance in the Regent Theatre in May. Our school community were treated to a lunchtime performance in the gym. We were the top Dunedin school, and second in the Otago Southland region. Mt Aspiring College were first and Otago Girls High School were third. We also won Best Live Music and Best Use of the Video Wall.

Congratulations to Sophie Bradfield and Annelise Scharpf who oversaw the entire production, from conception to final performance, supported by a wonderful team of costume designers, videographers, choreographers and musicians. The concept explored the consequences of extreme wealth and the exploitation of workers. Special thanks to Jennifer Ashby and Regan King for all their generous support during the process and to Shannon Colbert for her support.
