In Term Three the Counselling department offered a range of short programmes that offer practical ideas for helping with student health and wellbeing.
Together, students explored a range of study skills and ideas around how to manage stress, finding ways that best suit their needs. The suggestions for topics came from our Student Council and a number of teachers and students volunteered to run sessions.
Some of the workshops offered included: an introduction to stress management, yoga and preparing for exams. Ms Dupres ran an enjoyable introduction to yoga.
