In Writers’ Group we get up to all sorts of shenanigans.  Every Monday lunchtime, we meet in the greatest English teacher’s classroom, (Rm 12) with Queen Ms MacTaggart.

Everyone in this group is treated with equality. Even the dyslexic and Irlin’s syndrome students are greatly supported. Everyone’s ideas are valued and respected.  It’s a friendly environment where no idea is considered moronic or obtuse.

We write with elegance and grace.  We don’t ostracise people or their ideas.  Anyone with a passion for writing and reading is welcome here.  We use skill in our writing so we can become the authors of the future.  In this room we enter competitions and encourage our friends.
