Jazz Taylor —

The last day of term 3 for many of our Logan Parkers was marked by their senior formal, held under the ¨Starry night¨ theme on Friday the 25th of September.

The ground floor of the Otago Museum was adorned by starry light projections, easels, sunflowers and hanging decorations which served to represent Van Gogh's starry night painting. The decorations were enjoyed by many as was the banquet of food served.

A photographer provided attendees with many pictures to look out of our students' stunning outfits, and the photobooth allowed people to have fun on their own with the props and take home some keep-sake pictures.

Some fantastic dance moves were on display throughout the night by both students and teachers alike, with a whole dancefloor-consuming conga line and macarena taking place. Students got to enjoy dancing the night away and mingling with their friends until 11 pm when the doors closed.

Prizes of chocolate and glow in the dark stars were awarded to those deemed the best in the following categories, voted by our students:

Best dressed year 12: Eloisa Fox and Odin Jacobs

Best dressed year 13: Jazmin Taylor

Best couple: Mae Rose-Wills and Khedrup Dorjee

Best hair and makeup: Saoirse Benn

Best bromance: Max Bishop and Amasio Jutel

Best dressed teacher: Ms Wilkinson

Congratulations to all our winners and a big thanks to Andrea McSweeney, Teresa Mackay and the formal committee of Helen Ruan, Tom Matthews and Jazmin Taylor for organising the event.
