Ola Szukiel is the Logan Park recipient for the Otago Secondary Schools Celebrate Art Award.

The event and exhibition is organised by Otago Polytechnic.  Ola's work, a self portrait influenced by Wolfgang Tillman was described as "a complex and mysterious image, that on first glance looks like a still life until it reveals a hidden figure."   For her efforts Ola has received, one term of free night classes (worth $180!) one drawing book and an oil crayons set.
