Ākonga had a fun time designing and making a sweet Christmas creation.
They had to use two types of chocolate that had to be packaged and labeled to be gifted to someone. Mystery judges came and assessed based on taste, texture, presentation, and packaging. Some impressive food items were produced which made for some exciting and very tight judging.
Well done to all the ākonga involved and thank you to the mystery judges!
