Year 10 Food Technology Stalls
Year 10 Food Technology classes worked hard during Term 1 on designing and trialling innovative food products to sell at a Market Day stall.
Items included Mini Sushi Pops; frozen smoothies; Suto (cross between Sushi and Tacos); Berry Pastry Rolls; Brownie Burgers; Mango Fruit Leather and Cheesy Meatballs on a Stick. Several students sold out and profits were divided equally among group members
