The girls hockey team travelled to Cromwell in Winter tournament week at the start of September.
We have a lot of new players in our team so we were focused on development of players. We definitely achieved this as the girls improved a lot. Our best game was against the top team in our draw, Darfield High School. We played with determination and drive to hold them to 2-0. The girls had lots of fun and they had a good rapport on and off the field. We look forward to future tournaments as our team strengthens.
