Congratulations to Adeleah Nukanuka for organising the Otago Pacific Voices Speech competition in August.

Adeleah along with Jordan Evans-Tobata from Otago Girls, supported by OGHS organised the 2022 speech competition, held at OBHS.  David Jenkins and Tip Winiata enjoyed supporting the event and seeing Adeleah in a leadership role. 

It was great to see the event live again after Covid interuptions.  Students were invited to speak on the topic: Who am I? My journey as a Pacific Islander living in Otago.
