Our Jazz Band traveled to Christchurch at the end of July to perform in the Jazzquest competition at the CPIT. They also performed at St Andrew's College and the Diana Isaac Retirement Home. Students enjoyed staying in the Jailhouse Hostel and having 3 days to make music together. 

Over 30 bands were represented at the competition and we won a Silver Award. 

 Musicianship awards went to Desiree Heinze-Farrington and Ethan Gaffney.
