Esther Tamati completed her year 13 Food Technology project where she developed a Romantic Food Bag using products from the Otago Farmers market which people could collect from the market.
She developed recipes for both the savoury crackers and sweet treats to be included in the bag and incorporated sustainability practises into the project.
