Raclette avec le lycee by Heike Cebulla-Elder

Au revoir la terminale!

It was time to say au revoir to our Year 13 French class and we did it in style!

We shared Raclette (this is a Swiss dish that is thought to be over 400 years old and uses cheese as its main ingredient). Raclette comes from the French word that means to scrape and refers to the way it used to be eaten. Today we use Raclette machines and you can see two in the photo. It was delicious and a really good chance to say un grand merci to all our Year 13s - we will miss you! Vous allez nous manquer!

We wish you all the best on your journey and hopefully a bientot!
