Mind Lab and Tech Futures
Education futurist, Frances Valintine held a seminar at Logan Park in October.
Frances is considered one of the world's top 50 most influential education-technology experts. She is the founder of Mind Lab and the Tech Futures Lab. In 2018 she was awarded the Companion of New Zealand Order of Merit recognising her contribution to education and technology and in 2017 she was named one of the top 3 innovators of the year. Her seminar for educators challenged some educational assumptions and beliefs in the current climate of education reviews.
