University Book Shop Prizegiving
On Wednesday 17 September we celebrated the students who completed
their UBS sponsored reading challenge.
75 year 9 students were rewarded with a book of their choice and a voucher to spend at the bookshop. Special prizes were presented by Ms Jan Stroud of the UBS bookshop.
Class top readers: Josie Burton, Jamie Byas, Rikke Kikkawa-Mcleod, Mary Locker and Cuba Rust who was the Champion Reader for the whole of Year 9.
Highly commended prizes were presented to Joseph Araya, Kayla Burnaby, JC Burney, James Checketts, Zoe Degas, Emma Horwell, Tamzin Hurring, Daniel Moyle, Henry Ruan, Sarah Stichnoth and Niam Tripp.
We are so lucky to have the wonderful University Book Shop sponsor our Year 9 reading Challenge each year.
