Year 9 Reading Challenge
The Reading Challenge ran from the end of Term 2 until Week 8, Term 3.
All Year 9 English classes took part in the challenge and used their weekly Library Lesson as well as English class to work on the challenge.
The level of engagement was excellent this year and it was very pleasing to see students setting goals, meeting those goals and in some cases surpassing the set goal.
Students read widely, fiction, non-fiction, poetry, graphic books, magazine and newspaper articles.
The overall year 9 winner was Tom de Brelaz Sauaia 9Q.
