Otago Polytechnic Culinary Arts Dessert Evening
In August the Otago Polytechnic Culinary Arts Dessert Evening was held.
Students Ester Tamati and Charlotte Murphy, and staff Andrea McSweeney and Helen Reid attended, enjoying a range of innovative dishes. This included a 'plate-your-own' dessert, in which piping bags of chocolate ganache, passionfruit puree and chocolate crumb move around the table as guests constructed towers of sweet delight.
