South Island Secondary Schools Sunburst Champs in Sailing
Congratulations to Fraser Braid Year 11 and Caitlyn Kilner Year 12 who won the Silver Fleet section of the Sailing Competition in March. They had 18 races over 4 days with strong competition from other schools.
Fraser and Caitlyn were competing in a borrowed boat, which neither had sailed before, so their result was even more impressive!
Previous Logan Park winners Sam Buckby is still sailing with the Ravensbourne Boat Club and Steph Spiers is currently at Maritime College in Nelson.
