As part of our Knife Skills Unit, Year 12 and 13 Hospitality students worked with Otago Polytechnic Lecturer Tony Hepstinstall to hone their skills.

Our other Year 12 students completed a Balsamic Beef Salad as part of their Food Safety assessment.
