Rummage Sale by Andrea McSweeney

Rummage Sale for Rape Crisis Dunedin

At the beginning of Term 2,  our Charity Group ran a highly successful rummage sale in support of Rape Crisis Dunedin.

We raised $278 to help eliminate sexual violence and advocate for women in our community. All excess clothes were donated to the Salvation Army. Currently, our Charity Group is working hard to support refugee children through the 40 Hour Famine, aiming to raise over $2,500 through the course of the event. This includes a Mufti Day as well as bake sales at the parent-teacher interviews and student sponsorships, with over 85 students already volunteering for the fundraiser.
