Top Speaker wins trip to Gallipoli
Head Boy Jacobi Kohu-Morris won the Otago-Southland final of the RSA Speech competition, in Gore, in February, and has won a trip to Gallipoli as his prize.
He will be joined by eight other regional winners on the three week trip in April. Jake will also present his speech at Government House in Wellington, on March 12.
Jake's speech acknowledged the sacrifice and service of the New Zealand servicemen, and he believes they helped forge a New Zealand identity based on courage, leadership and resilience.
