Creative Suite and other revamps

Our new "Creative Suite" is being completed for the Music department, and is the centrepiece of extensive building and renovations which occurred over the summer break.

The purpose built suite will house two performance rooms, four practice rooms and a recording studio. The opportunity presented by bigger premises which will be upgraded and soundproofed is exciting music teachers and all our keen musicians.

The Library has shifted into the Learning Centre complete with new indoor/outdoor flow into the courtyard. Students helped select the interesting and functional furniture, including comfy sofas. Digital Technology has moved from Room 5 to Room 35 and the Technology Department are happy to all be housed together.

The Gymnasium area is being finished - completing the new entrance area and office and will be complete with toilets.

Mr McKinney's Physics room has had a complete makeover for Dr Prime to move into and the English Resource Room has been reconfigured to be a breakout space for English classrooms. The Administration Block is currently being re-roofed and the original bathrooms have been modernised. Mr Spronken has moved from Room 15 to Room 5; Room 8 is now a meeting and library space and the Maths Resource room is now set up for Maths students as a computer space.
