Food Technology
Our Year 10 Food Technology course has ended the first term on a very positive culinary note.
Their challenge was to design and produce a healthy, tasty and appealing burger for a local café. Under the very experienced guidance of our new Food Technology teacher, Ms Helen Reid, they have created a stunning range of gourmet burgers fit for a Master Chef Final. Ms Reid has brought a new and exciting dimension to our Technology Department at all levels and has fitted into our team exceptionally well.
