Wanaka Secondary Schools Triathlon
On Thursday 15th February we travelled to Wanaka to compete in the Challenge Wanaka Secondary Schools Trialthlon.
It was a first time experience for our students in challenging conditions. The swim in particular was difficult with Lake Wanaka extremely choppy due to a strong NW.
Louis Freeman entered in the Senior Boys Individual Race and came 11th completing the course in just under an hour, which was a fantastic effort.
Rebecca Dalpin, Viviane Dalpin and Molly Barton competed in the Senior Girls team event placing 6th.
Again another great effort.
