House DayAoraki students and teachers having fun together in the sun by Arnika Hazelwood

House Days Awesome

House Days were held on February 17 with beautiful weather for beach visits.

All of the Houses spent the day at various beautiful locations around Dunedin and students participated in team building events like tug of war, treasure hunts, tight-rope walking, sandcastle building, swimming as well as enjoying lunch and practising their House Chant for Athletics Day. The day is a great opportunity for all students to get to know each other and their teachers in an informal and fun setting. Senior student House Prefects organised many of the activities.
Clayton House went to Aromoana, Toroa House to Long Beach, Omimi House to Warrington and Aoraki to Waikouaiti. Thanks to the House Deans and House Prefects for all their efforts and enthusiasm organising the day.
