48 Hours Success by Supplied

48 Hours Film success and other news

Congratulations to our Film teams who competed in the 48 Hour Film Competition in Term 2.

James Checketts and Silas WynLaegan's entertaining and witty film was selected for the Dunedin 48 Hours Finals and then won awards for Best Editing and Best Premise.

In other Film news our Year 13 students enjoyed ongoing tutorials with Short Film Otago's Chairperson, Al Baddock.  They looked at script-writing and pitching ideas for short films.

Holly Spence worked on a Short Film Otago production, Milk, on costuming and continuity and enjoyed the practical hands-on experience.
