Race Unity Celebrations
We celebrated Race Unity in March.
International Race Unity Day is 21 March and at Logan Park we have celebrated the day every year since it started in 2003, with a special assembly.
We aim to celebrate all of the cultural/racial diversity within Logan Park.
This year because of the restrictions around large gatherings (assemblies) we are creating a short film. We started on Monday and enjoyed featuring a lot of our students. Our Kapa Haka performed a waiata and we had a shared lunch later in March.
