Personal Bio:
I have been a group exercise instructor at the Rec Centre for 13 years, and a PT for 5 years. I love the inclusiveness of the group exercise world. Seeing our members being successful in a fun, motivating environment. Working with clients in my PT business is more personal, I get to learn more about them. Focusing on personal goals, challenges and nutrition. Both are super rewarding.
