Need more, or after something a little more specific or specialised? Try Personal Training! With a wealth of knowledge and experience, we're sure to find a trainer to suit you and your needs. So pop on into the Rec Centre today and talk to the reception staff about what you're options are.

Student prices for Personal Training are $40.00 for an inital two sessions, and then $20.00 every session thereafter.

The intial session runs as a 30 minute Health Appraisal - where you will meet with your trainer, discuss goals and exercise, injury and medical history, as well as run through some quick functional movement patterns. From here your trainer will design a programme specific to you and your needs, which you will be taken through in the gym as your second session.

If you're after something a bit more consistent and varying, a normal personal training session will cost you $20.00 for 30 minutes each time.

WHAT TO BRING: All you will need each session, is your gym gear, a drink bottle and a towel. Don't forget you will also need your Student ID card to swipe in on entry!
