Jenny,  a long serving member of the Rec Centre, since at least 2004 and a long time staff member here at the university library, is now retired and still cycles to the gym on a regular basis to work out, often with a group of friends. Jenny keeps herself very busy in her garden, she  bakes and  is a volunteer driver for the Cancer Society. Jenny is also very involved  each year with the organisation of the local church fair held every spring in Lincoln.  Two years ago Jenny travelled to India along with a group of like-minded people to volunteer for “Habitat for Humanity”. This is an organisation that helps build houses for families in need. The group were working in the south east, of India. She was hands on with the tools for a couple of weeks, thereafter spending some well- deserved time exploring the tourist places such The Tai Mahal in the north.  Well done Jenny, we think you are a star!
