Meet April's Member of the Month - John Meredith. See below for a quick blurb about John, and why he is our current Member of the Month.

John has been attending gyms since 21 February, 1992. Initially, he was invited to accompany his then employer on lunchtime visits to a new gym that had opened in Timaru, and has continued to do so at Lincoln University since 2007.

He attributes regular exercise as a major factor in quick recovery from two partial knee replacements in 2017. He appreciates the friendly Rec Centre staff and the familiar faces of fellow members. He is grateful to Jayne for designing an exercise programme for when he and his wife Jill return to Western Australia for 8 weeks each year.
