ALL group exercise classes are included in your membership - with no class registration or excess fees! With 15 different LesMills classes held over 30 sessions every week, there's sure to be something to suit your every workout need.
Classes are suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
Check out more pictures and our most recent timetable below! All classes are held in the Group Exercise Studio at the Rec Centre unless stated otherwise and run for 55 minutes - with the exception of RPM at 45 minutes, or classes stated at 30 minutes.
