We have a guest instructor from Chans Martial Arts coming to LU Gym for 6 sessions over 6 weeks - starting April 19

Sing Ong Tai Chi is a movement practice that is easy on the joints and can be adapted to suit any level of fitness, age and ability. ⁠ People of all ages and abilities practise Tai Chi Chuan for health and self-defence⁠ & its a great way to relax (mentally and physically) and exercise at the same time.
