We have a guest instructor from Chans Martial Arts coming to LU Gym for 6 sessions over 6 weeks - starting April 19
Sing Ong Tai Chi is a movement practice that is easy on the joints and can be adapted to suit any level of fitness, age and ability. People of all ages and abilities practise Tai Chi Chuan for health and self-defence & its a great way to relax (mentally and physically) and exercise at the same time.
