LU Netball's Premier A side successful over Saints 67-40

It is always good to get the first game of the season underway and even better to secure a good first up win. This is exactly what the LU ladies did on Tuesday when they took on Saints at the Y.

The team quickly got into their stride and worked on developing new combinations with the old firm and the new recruits. The team pulled out to a 10 point lead at half time and were able to build on this throughout the final quarters to eventually win by 27 points 67-40. 

The side takes on Technical A at Bishopdale YMCA 2 at 6:30pm next Tuesday 1 May.
