Peter Howorth

Peter Howorth is a retired engineer who, with his wife has recently moved from Tai Tapu to Lincoln, and they are now busy developing  their new section.

Since his retirement, he has been engaged (as a rank amateur!) in making a detailed map of part of Greece. He prints and sells this map from his house, and has now sold it to nearly 40 countries. This project has helped develop wonderful new friendships, with people all over the world; and they have visited them, as they have had international visitors. He and his wife travel nearly every year to Greece to collect more information.

Work continues on this map, with the addition of more details, and translation into other languages. He was recently elected a fellow of the Royal Geographical Society in London.

Peter and his wife Gina have been coming to the Lincoln gym for many years, and will continue to do so as long as they are able!
