Our popular membership options are available online and are very affordable from only $13.00, $15.50 or $17.50 a week with no sign-up fee and no cancellation fee.

Operating since 1979, we offer a warm, friendly, community gym space with many training options. Our Staff and Facilities are REPS registered.

We have multiple group exercise studios which hold over 45 group exercise classes per week from dance to stretch, weights and cardio. We also offer Lincoln freestyle classes and host regular senior and pre-school classes throughout the week. Our facility has a modern cardio and weights gym, indoor sprint track, bouldering room, cycle studio, yoga studio, boxing studio, squash courts and indoor sports hall. We also offer members an outdoor fitness track, outdoor netball and tennis courts as well as open green spaces and sports fields.
